Note:  after three years of silence, the blog is back up.  Part of the problem was we had experienced a long delay from our internet service provider.

King Solomon, the wisest man who ever lived, wrote:

³ Children are a heritage from the Lord,
    offspring a reward from him.
⁴ Like arrows in the hands of a warrior
    are children born in one’s youth.
⁵ Blessed is the man
    whose quiver is full of them.
They will not be put to shame
    when they contend with their opponents in court.

Children, boys and girls, are a heritage from the Lord.  Note that in China, the fertility rate is 1.3 per couple.   Thus, the population will begin to shrink or perhaps has begun already to shrink.

Thank the Lord for children.  They are truly a heritage.
